Terms of Service

These terms apply to DonutSpins at donutspins.pages.dev. DonutSpins is an independent service and is not affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang or Microsoft.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age or other eligibility requirements that apply where you live. Do not use the service where its use is prohibited. You remain responsible for following applicable laws and DonutSMP's server rules.

2. The service

The current site provides Minecraft account verification. This version does not provide playable wagering games, cash deposits, cash withdrawals or guaranteed prizes. A Minecraft account, skin or successful login does not create a promise of earnings.

3. Account verification

Use a Minecraft account you control. Bedrock usernames must include the leading dot used on DonutSMP. Verification may require sending the exact amount of in-game currency shown in your command to the named recipient. A command expires after ten minutes. Login completes only after a trusted payment event is confirmed.

Check the recipient, amount and instructions before sending currency. Example commands are not requests for payment. DonutSpins never requires your Minecraft or Microsoft password, recovery codes or account access token.

4. Transfers and payment issues

Verification transfers are in-game transfers, not deposits into a wagering balance. Do not assume a transfer will be returned automatically. If a payment appears incorrect or is not recognised, email DonuttSpins@gmail.com with your in-game name, recipient, amount and approximate time. Do not send passwords. Requests are reviewed individually; nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not impersonate another player or attempt to access an account you do not control.
• Do not forge payment events, exploit errors, automate abusive requests or interfere with the service.
• Do not use stolen accounts, unauthorised funds or the service for unlawful activity.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect accounts or meet legal obligations. Report suspected errors to the contact below.

6. Availability and third-party services

Server availability, Minecraft skin providers and internet connections can affect verification and avatar display. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every Bedrock skin can be retrieved. A displayed avatar is not proof of account ownership.

7. Changes and responsibility

Features and these terms may change. The current version and update date are published on this page. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through the service where practicable. You can stop using DonutSpins at any time. Liability is subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
